Virgine Forget is currently a chef at Sur la Table in Town and Country and teaches cooking classes on topics such as “French Sauces 101” and “Fresh Ideas for Zoodles”. Though she originally moved to the United States from France to become a businesswoman, she ultimately became a chef at Sur la Table so that she could explore her passions for cooking and teaching simultaneously.
