Natalie In Her Element: Teaching

After moving from Austin, Texas to Stanford, California, Natalie Seer discovered herself and has built a stock of sage wisdom from her perspective as an outsider moving to Silicon Valley. She currently is a Quality Improvement Coordinator at WestEd, a nonprofit organization that focuses on bridging inequality in education. Throughout her career, Natalie has taken on many roles but has always been dedicated to her passion for education. Natalie loves to read, take walks outdoors, and spend time with her husband Ken and her son Jackson.
